Steps leading to the front entrance hall with bootroom, large open plan living room with high vaulted ceilings and distant views to the sea. Cloakroom with WC. Bi-fold doors open onto the terrace, furnished with comfy sofa, armchairs, leather chaise longue, and large wood-burning stove, plus dining table to seat 12. Double doors lead through to the sitting room with second wood burning stove, deep comfy sofas, giant leather bean bag and armchair with large TV, Freesat and DVD. Beautiful bespoke kitchen with high-level breakfast island and seating for six, double electric ovens and ceramic induction hob, integrated dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge, plate rack and iPod dock. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and walk-in food larder.

Stairs lead up from the living room to the first-floor Bedroom 1 (Sea-Holly) 5ft king size bed with sea view, vaulted ceiling, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with dressing area and shelves, basin and WC. Stairs lead down from the living room to the lower ground floor off which are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Bramble): 5ft King size bed with dual aspect windows, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. En suite bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 3 (Bluebell): Twin bedroom with two bespoke 3ft single beds, which push together, wardrobe, basket drawer unit. Bedroom 4 (Daisy): 5ft King size bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Spacious family bathroom with luxurious freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

Leading from the kitchen further accommodation is provided in “The Creamery” – the Annex: Ground floor: Lounge furnished with deep comfy sofas, desk and antique bureau, gas-fired log burner and TV. Bedroom 1 (Buttercup): Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging area. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, basin and WC. First floor: Games/reception room with a full-size table tennis table, beamed vaulted ceiling, overlooking the courtyard and gardens with glimpses of the sea. Bedroom 2 (Clover): Twin bedroom with two bespoke 3ft single beds, (which can be pushed together) with beamed vaulted ceiling, wardrobe, chest of drawers and rocking chair.


Beautifully landscaped, exotic gardens and terraces surround the property, with superb central decking area with pergola and a revolving summer house. The garden is surrounded by traditional Devon banks and old stonewalls. The terrace adjoining the property is furnished with garden table and chairs, a traditional picnic table and a charcoal barbecue. A courtyard bordered by spherically shaped trees, with grass and shrubs, is connected to the annexe and furnished with outdoor coffee table and chairs. A hose is provided for washing off wetsuits, boots, etc..


Ample space for 4-5 cars in main parking area plus extra boat/car storage near the annexe entrance through double gate.
