Modern and beautifully presented throughout, White Rose House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath/shower room bungalow with off-road parking and charming private west-facing garden to the rear. There is a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge and conservatory, complete with a mini-grand piano for those who fancy a tickle of the ivories. There are three bedrooms, two of which enjoy an ensuite shower room and a further family bathroom making this the perfect place for those who would like to retain their privacy but still holiday together.

Guests can stroll into the town centre to explore the interesting shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the pretty Embankment which runs alongside the estuary. The town also enjoys a cinema and a fine leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool and for everyday amenities, there are also two supermarkets to choose from.

The popular seaside destinations of Salcombe, Hope Cove and Thurlestone are all also nearby (approx. a 15-minute drive) and for walkers, the South West Coastal Path and Dartmoor are also within easy reach.

Dining area with table to seat up to six. Integral door to the garage (not to be used for parking in) with washing machine, tumble dryer, treadmill and exercise bike (guests welcome to use at their own risk).
Lounge with remote controlled gas fire, two sofas and Smart TV plus BT Sport. Glazed doors to garden room with two armchairs, mini grand piano and glazed doors leading out to the rear garden.

To the front there is a small open lawn area adjacent to the driveway with a pathway (including two steps down and two steps up to the front door).
A gate to the side of the bungalow leads around to the rear garden. The enclosed rear garden has a relatively level lawn area with beautifully planted borders. Patio areas with garden table and chairs to seat 4 and further bistro table to seat 2.

Electric car charging is permitted however there is no dedicated charging point. Electric car charge: £20 per car per week – please contact our bookings team to make payment if you intend to charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

Set within the popular South Hams district of South Devon, Kingsbridge is a market town sitting on the Salcombe estuary surrounded by beautiful countryside. Located in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is one of the most popular areas for visitors as it offers so much. The estuary provides plenty of options to get on the water whether fancy sailing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding. If you are just looking for a day on the beach then Salcombe, East Portlemouth, Blackpool Sands or the two beaches at Thurlestone will all fit the bill. Walkers have a choice of walking a section of the South West Coast Path or heading inland and enjoying the many trails in the AONB. Plenty of options when wanting to eat out and some excellent towns and villages to explore nearby including Salcombe, Beesands, Dartmouth and Bigbury-on-Sea.
