Situated close to the owner's holiday park, but retaining its own privacy, this reverse-level accommodation boasts three ground floor bedrooms, ideal for families and friends. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite wet room, while the twin rooms have use of the sleek family bathroom. The spacious living area upstairs is open-plan, where you can sink into the leather sofas and unwind in front of the TV after a busy day sightseeing. The bright kitchen has everything you'll need to rustle up a home-cooked meal and the dining area can host six guests. Outside, you have your own courtyard garden with table and chairs, so you can sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun.

The Tean Thai restaurant is well known with the locals for its friendly atmosphere and great food. Dartmoor National Park is just 20 minutes away. There are great cycle routes and walking trails, The Great Templar Way runs for 18 miles from Dartmoor National Park through the town finishing at the coastal town of Teignmouth. The Virtual Jet Centre with its simulator is a must for any adventurous kids and adults alike. For those who love horticulture, there are the Orchid Farm to explore or the Local Nature Reserve within Newton Abbot itself. Decoy Park is a big country park with a playground and is dog-friendly, some beaches do allow dogs but please research this first as some are seasonal. If you do want a car-free day at the beach, then Teignmouth, Dewlish and Torquay are accessible by train from Newton Abbott and takes 11 minutes. No visit would be complete for those who love horse racing without visiting Newton Abbott Racecourse.
