With spacious accommodation, a private sunny garden, plenty of parking, located just a short drive from the popular seaside town of Salcombe with its wonderful sandy beaches and water sports traditions, this well-appointed property is perfect for families and couples alike who want to explore the picturesque South Hams. The beautiful Salcombe estuary meanders up to the market town of Kingsbridge and provides fantastic surroundings for those who like messing about on the water, whilst the nearby South West Coastal Path provides superb views for those who enjoy walking. The famous surfing beaches of Bigbury Bay are just a few miles away and for those days out, attractions such as the Dartmoor National Park, the historic port of Dartmouth, Torbay, Cornwall and even the north Devon coast are all accessible. Malborough itself has a couple of thriving pubs, a restaurant and a well-stocked shop and for those who can’t be bothered with cooking both nearby Salcombe and Kingsbridge provide everything required for dining out.

Garage under property, suitable for parking a small car or storing kayaks, dinghies etc. Please note there is a drop on various sides of the rear lawn so young children should be supervised at all times.

Malborough is a beautiful village in the popular South Hams area of Devon nestled in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 2 miles from Salcombe and the coast. A great location itself, Malborough is on many walking routes but take time to enjoy the wonderful Walkers Hut for some light refreshment. The Old Inn can be found in the village serving both food and drink with a good reputation. The Royal Oak offers further options with a beer garden perfect for summer and fire for winter visitors. The village has football and cricket pitches, tennis courts and a children's play area as well as a garage and a small supermarket. From Malborough, you can discover Hope Cove, South Huish wetlands reserve, South Milton Sands, Soar Mill Cove and Salcombe with all it has to offer.
