The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms, two double and a twin with a ground floor shower room. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a TV room/snug and a smart sitting room with a wood-burning stove. Outside is a pretty enclosed garden with furniture and parking for three cars. Designed with thought and care, this is comfortable and stylish accommodation for families or anyone looking to holiday in a beautiful area. Head down the steps to your front door into the hall and then step down again to the spacious kitchen, a lovely room in which to cook and eat with its fascinating glass-topped well and big wood table to gather around. Double doors open to a dear little snug with TV and then head through a massive door into the spacious, comfy sitting room with wood burning stove. For quiet time with a good book, armchairs have been thoughtfully provided on the landing, beside the beautiful lofty en suite bedrooms which look over the surrounding fields with grazing cows. On a sunny day, sit out in the pretty enclosed garden behind the cottage where you can eat alfresco around the table. You are only five miles from Plymouth city centre here, with its wide choice of restaurants and shops to browse. There is plenty going on, with a big theatre, cinemas, the historic Hoe to explore and the National Marine Aquarium. For outdoor activities, you are spoiled for choice. Bovisand Bay has a sandy beach, as does Wembury with its rock pools to explore, bathing waters and marine conservation centre. There is golf nearby, or head to Mount Batten for all sorts of water sports at the activity centre beside the marina. And at the end of the day, you have a bar and restaurant at the country house hotel just a 350 yard stroll from the cottage.
