This stylish space is in a league of its own, nestling peacefully above the historic port of Dartmouth. This lovely lodge holiday home, beautifully hand-finished to a good standard, is sure to impress lovers of style and comfort. The nautical-inspired exterior welcomes you into its calming interior full of soft colours, quality oak and beautiful fabrics. The bespoke kitchen is a real highlight, hand-painted with extra details including life’s little essentials like recycling bins and a dishwasher. The open-plan living room has an atmospheric flame-effect fire that draws you in on cooler days but is always in competition with the green Devon views from the large windows.

The Bolthole has two bedrooms, both doubles, one of them built-in cabin-style with drawers and storage underneath so you can tuck your cases away and make the place your own. This room also has a space designed for use as a dressing table or workstation if you need to work away from the office. The second double bedroom enjoys a window that looks out over the beautiful view.

The contemporary shower room has a heated towel rail and a hidden washer/drier so you can take care of your holiday clothes. Ample built-in storage throughout enables you to live an uncluttered and carefree lifestyle.

The grassy outside space is perfect for alfresco dining, sunbathing or for enjoying a glass of something bubbly at the end of the day. The whole property has been built with some of the latest Scandinavian insulation techniques, to ensure it is kept warm and snug in winter but cool and fresh in summer. Norton Park is set in the beautiful South Hams of Devon, situated above Dartmouth approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the stunning waterfront and historic town centre. Norton Park is in a rural setting with beautiful views over the Devon hills and in some areas along the River Dart or out to sea. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop ¾ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Dartmouth

Situated on the banks of the picturesque River Dart, Dartmouth is a beautiful harbour town in South Devon, a perfect destination for all year round short breaks and holidays. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Dartmouth provides stunning countryside surroundings with the coast within very close proximity making this area one of the most popular for visitors to Devon. The beautiful estuary and the coast are home to many watersports such as sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding or why not try surfing at one of the nearby surf schools. Relax on the sandy Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands Beach, one of the most popular family beaches in the area or if feeling more energetic use the beach as a base for a walk as the beach is directly on the South West Coast Path.

Visit Dartmouth Castle, superbly located in the mouth of the estuary with wonderful views from the top tower and has been guarding the area since 1388. Explore Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. Nearby Woodlands theme park boasts the largest watercoasters in Devon, a farm with all the family favourites including meerkats, all set within beautiful grounds of 100 acres. Take a trip on one of the many ferries and head out for a day to explore nearby Salcombe, Torquay or Totnes or stay on land and explore the English Riviera on the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
