The living areas in this barn conversion consist of a first-floor, open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with AGA, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dining seating for fourteen, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, there is also a utility with washing machine and sink. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite bathroom and two ground-floor double rooms with en-suite shower rooms. There is also a king-size double room on the first floor with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Outside there is a private patio with a barbecue and furniture. Within 2.2 miles there is a shop and 0.6 miles a pub. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Barn is an idyllic setting for a family gathering in Devon. Note: There is an open-tread, spiral staircase, please take care.
