The fabulous kitchen/diner has a glass roof and is the real focal point of the house. This enormous room, with a snug at one end, has a real holiday feel. Doors lead out to the small courtyard with a patio and a covered area complete with garden furniture. Over the upper two floors are 5 bedrooms, the master double and the second floor double bedroom both have views across the rooftops to the beach and pier. The bunk room is ideal for both children and adults.

A short walk takes you to the award-winning sandy beach which features a promenade, Victorian pier and huge children’s play park with water fountains. Teignmouth also offers a wonderful selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. With the train station and passenger ferry to Shaldon within easy walking distance, you can leave the car behind.
