Frogmore is perfectly situated for exploring the local area, being situated on the Kingsbridge to Dartmouth coastal road, with good bus and car access to both towns and all the surrounding villages and beaches in between. Situated on the banks of Frogmore creek an inlet of the Salcombe and Kingsbridge estuary, which makes this village ideal for watersports’ enthusiasts.  Frogmore boasts a good local pub, a bakery for purchasing delicious fresh bread, cakes and pasties, whilst getting a pint of milk and a newspaper. Nearby Kingsbridge and the historic naval town of Dartmouth both have a good variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and a cinema. The sailing town of Salcombe is also easily accessible via Kingsbridge. Slapton sands is a ten minute drive and other beaches are just a few miles away.

From hall stairs to first floor, Bedroom 1, 4’6’’ bed, Bedroom 2 childrens’ bunk beds, and 3’ single bed (please note only the lower bunk and single bed will be made up in this room). Family bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Stairs to second floor, Master bedroom 4'6'' bed, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Outside:

To the front; small patio area with bench and table. To the rear; gravelled courtyard, patio area, Webber BBQ, table and seating for 6.

Parking for one car opposite garage. Additional parking is easily available on the road to the side of the property.

Chillington

Chillington is a small, pretty village near the bustling market town of Kingsbridge. The village has a shop and a pub offering home-cooked food and local ales. There are a variety of walks to explore here and The South West Coast Path is accessible from here.. Slapton Ley Nature Reserve is a short walk away, visit the sandy beaches at the nearby villages of Slapton Sands and Torcross. Walk along the part sand, part pebble beach at Bessands which allows dogs all year round. Chillington is the perfect base offering peace and tranquillity whilst allowing you to explore all that South Devon has to offer.
