Accommodating up to three well-behaved dogs with a fully enclosed garden, this is a great property for walkers, surfers and holidaymakers to visit at any time of the year.
From the fabulous sandy beaches of Bigbury on Sea, a top kite-surfing destination amongst many, to the incredibly popular surf spot at Bantham, complete with award-winning surf schools at each, plus the beautiful clifftop walks along the South West Coastal Path all within easy reach, St Ann’s House is just a stone’s throw from the well-stocked excellent village shop, plus the renowned Oyster Shack a mile away.

From the gravel driveway, the entrance hall opens into the large kitchen with a cooker, grill and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, and washing machine.
Cloakroom with hanging and boot space, plus tumble dryer. French doors open out from the kitchen to the enclosed rear garden.
Dining room with dining table to seat six, dresser, french doors to garden.
Light and airy lounge with dual aspect windows, two large sofas, a wood burner, and smart TV with Netflix.
Under the stairs is a desk workstation, an ideal spot to work from if guests need to keep in touch.

Bigbury is a pretty village near Bigbury-On-Sea and the town of Kingsbridge. The village has a post office and a shop. It is the perfect base to stay for peace and tranquillity. You can enjoy the stunning scenery of the South Hams and are within a stone's throw of the beautiful South Devon coast. The sandy beaches at Bigbury-on-Sea and Bantham are great for families with shallow shelving, sandy beaches. Take the sea tractor from Bigbury beach to explore Burgh Island, which has links to Agatha Christie. From this base, it is easy to explore the delights of Dartmoor National Park which is just a 25-minute drive away.
