Sitting just off the sea wall with waves lapping metres from your balcony and views of the 2 miles of Blue Flag golden sandy beach with its unique pebble ridge. Within 200 metres of pubs, shops, and restaurants, as well as an amusement arcade which will entertain children of all ages. Westward Ho! also benefits from the Royal North Devon Golf Club that stretches over Northam Burrows Country Park. This area is protected from the sea by the pebble ridge and has good walks through the dunes and along the shoreline. The fishing village of Appledore is 3 miles away and you can wander its narrow winding streets and find many restaurants and pubs. Other attractions in the area include The BIG Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, and Clovelly.
The accommodation is split over two levels. The contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area is located on the first floor with spectacular sea views from the large picture window – from here, you can relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy the view or watch a movie on the Smart TV or DVD player. The glass dining table and matching chairs make mealtimes a dream and the kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Bosch coffee maker, plus a fridge and freezer. Before heading downstairs, notice the large utility cupboard at the top of the stairs housing the washing machine and tumble drier. An adjacent cupboard allows the storage of additional balcony chairs, a cool box, and plenty of room for coats and shoes. Both bedrooms are spacious and located on the ground floor: the master double has a TV and an en-suite shower room and WC. The other room is a spacious twin and the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC is also here.
Outside is a spacious private balcony with a table and chairs, unrivalled ocean views, and a pleasant place to sit out and relax whilst watching the beautiful evening sunsets

Westward Ho!
Westward Ho! is a pretty coastal village. The seafront is a very popular spot for surfers and a variety of water sports. There are lifeguards on patrol on the beach in the summer making it feel very safe and secure for families. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness. Dogs are welcomed on the beach all year. During the summer there are signs directing you to which area of the beach are dog friendly. The village is surrounded by cliffs and an estuary. There are lots of nature trails and paths leading to neighbouring towns such as Bideford. For the adventurers, The Ultimate Adventure Centre in Bideford, fun for all the family. The Pebble Ridge Adventure Golf and Go Karts are worth a visit. The village has a few gift shops, a local store and a pharmacy. The village is also home to a few surfing and water sports shops. There are 3 pubs in Westward Ho! The local town of Bideford is 10 minutes by car. Further on is Barnstaple which is 21 minutes away.
