The enclosed rear courtyard garden has seating and is perfect for relaxing in the evening, having a summer BBQ and for those four legged friends to play. As you enter Rosery Cottage through the hallway, you have a door to the cosy living room with a modern three seater sofa, two seater sofa and stylish armchair. With a 32’’ TV and various board games to play, there is plenty to keep the family entertained on those rainy days. The dining room is next door with a six seater dining table and chairs, sideboard and a feature fireplace. From the dining room, there is a doorway into the modern, well-equipped kitchen.

Torquay

Part of the English Riviera, Torquay is famed for its sandy beaches and palm trees and has been attracting visitors with its charms for hundreds of years. So much to see and do in the area including the underground caves at Kents Caverns, the 800-year-old Torre Abbey, the Living Coasts Marine Zoo and Aquarium, Babbacombe Model Village as well as the Torquay Museum. Agatha Christie was born here the Inernational Agatha Christie Festival is held annually and you can walk the Agatha Christie mile to discover some of the murder scenes from her books. Take the steam train to Kingswear and enjoy a trip along the River Dart.

Plenty of activities available on the calm waters of Tor Bay including sailing dinghies, yachts and motorboats with sea schools available for those looking to take a structured course. There are plenty of beaches nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. The choice of cuisine is huge, including Michelin starred restaurants and tastes from around the world to tea rooms and cafes and pubs. A vibrant evening scene gives you choices of theatre, concerts, plays, musicals, comedy and ballet. In summer open-air theatres play at Cockington Country Park and various National Trust properties nearby.
