For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal path passes a few yards from the door and offers visitors some stunning cliff top walks. Stoke Cottage: Door into an open plan living room. Lounge area with two sofas surrounding a wood burner stove, flat-screen TV with Freeview and DVD. An oak central staircase separates the lounge from a snug furnished with a couple of easy chairs, CD/radio/MP3 player, perfect for relaxing with a book. The light and airy dining area have table and chairs to seat 6 with bi-folding doors that open onto the decked garden terrace. An archway leads through to the modern kitchen fitted with a Rangemaster range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave. Stairs to the first floor and master bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Twin bedroom set in the eaves with two 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Above garage games room equipped with a small pool table and TV (no signal) with DVD and suitable for games consoles.

Revelstoke Park House is located approximately 20 metres across the lane and provides dining facilities for large parties of up to 14. The accommodation is as follows:-
Step up to the gabled porch and into the large lounge with beautiful slate floors and underfloor heating throughout, large grey leather corner sofa, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove and character features. Dining area to seat up to 14. Well equipped kitchen with gas Range Cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available. Rear access to an enclosed courtyard and terraced gardens beyond. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Oak staircase to the first floor: Reading snug area, double futon and armchair, bookshelves and games. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 4ft 6inch double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite wet room with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king-size 5ft bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom with a double bed below and single bunk bed above, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside:

From Stoke Cottage, sliding doors from the dining room fully open to a large garden terrace with patio furnished with rattan style garden seats, table, chairs and barbecue. Revelstoke Park House offers a rear garden with terraced levels, fully enclosed with terraces and decks from which to enjoy the quiet surroundings, furnished with garden seating, sun loungers, patio table & chairs and charcoal barbecue.

Parking:

Garage for one car plus two additional spaces in front of the garage at Stoke Cottage. Parking for two on driveway opposite at Revelstoke Park House, with additional spaces in car park.

Located on the banks of Newton Creek in the popular South Hams district of South Devon within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Noss Mayo is a pretty village lying opposite of Newton Ferrers. Served by two pubs, the Ship Inn and the Swan Inn, with shops available in Newton Ferrers. Lots of great beach choices close by including Wembury Beach, Mothecombe Beach and Bovisand Beach. With Plymouth less than 10 miles away and more sandy beaches than you could possibly visit in a weeks holiday as well as the fabulous countryside of South Devon, you will never be left wondering what to do or see.
