Nestled in a quiet and intimate location just off the main shopping street in the town centre, Printers Grange offers a stylish and sumptuous retreat for either couples, small families or friends. Newly built/converted in 2020, the cosy accommodation has been beautifully furnished with many thoughtful touches. There is an open plan living space, leading out to the enclosed walled terrace, furnished with a comfortable rattan sofa – the perfect spot for a glass of bubbly. The bedrooms both have the luxury of Hypnos beds and a large walk-in shower in the contemporary ground floor shower room.

Kitchen area with built-in electric oven, electric induction hob, built-in microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine (guests to supply own pods), integrated slimline dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.
Lounge area with 2 sofas, Smart TV with Sky Freeview channels, DVD player, DAB radio.
Dining area with table to seat up to 4.
Bedroom two with two 2ft 6 single Hypnos beds (these can be zip-linked to form a 5ft king size bed upon request at the time of booking).
Shower room with walk-in shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail and light-up mirror.
First floor:
Master bedroom with 5ft king-size Hypnos bed and Juliet balcony.
Outside:
Accessed via the open plan living space there is a small walled courtyard terrace furnished with a rattan sofa and coffee table.

There is no allocated parking on the property however several public car parks are within walking distance.

Set within the popular South Hams district of South Devon, Kingsbridge is a market town sitting on the Salcombe estuary surrounded by beautiful countryside. Located in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is one of the most popular areas for visitors as it offers so much. The estuary provides plenty of options to get on the water whether fancy sailing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding. If you are just looking for a day on the beach then Salcombe, East Portlemouth, Blackpool Sands or the two beaches at Thurlestone will all fit the bill. Walkers have a choice of walking a section of the South West Coast Path or heading inland and enjoying the many trails in the AONB. Plenty of options when wanting to eat out and some excellent towns and villages to explore nearby including Salcombe, Beesands, Dartmouth and Bigbury-on-Sea.
