Pixie Cottage is a delightful character cottage on Clarence Hill. The Cottage is just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of the historic naval town of Dartmouth and within easy reach of the picturesque River Dart. Perfect for a couple or young family looking for quick and easy access to the town centre. The cottage has the benefit of a small terrace garden with river glimpses. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10-minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth. The entrance to the Cottage leads into a small lobby directly from Clarence Hill. Upstairs there are two well-presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a leather- framed double bed and views over the terrace area at the rear of the property. The smaller second bedroom has twin beds and looks out to the front. Downstairs there is a cosy sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and TV and DVD player. There is also a feature fireplace with gas fire, for cosy winter evenings and a small wooden dining table and chairs. The living area leads into a cleverly designed well-equipped galley kitchen (with slightly sloping floors). Adjacent to the kitchen is a ground floor family shower room with large cubicle shower, w.c. and hand basin. Guests have use of an annual car parking permit, for one car, which is for use in the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.

Visit Dartmouth Castle, superbly located in the mouth of the estuary with wonderful views from the top tower and has been guarding the area since 1388. Explore Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. Nearby Woodlands theme park boasts the largest watercoasters in Devon, a farm with all the family favourites including meerkats, all set within beautiful grounds of 100 acres. Take a trip on one of the many ferries and head out for a day to explore nearby Salcombe, Torquay or Totnes or stay on land and explore the English Riviera on the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
