Parsonage Farm Cottage is a detached reverse level cottage on a 16th century former farmstead on the outskirts of the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family bathroom. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and handcrafted kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and a shared lawn, as well as parking for three cars. The two bedrooms are both downstairs, sharing a smart family bathroom where you can enjoy a soak after a long walk on the Coast Path.
