Just a short distance away from this property you will find the quaint cliff side village of Clovelly, with its winding cobbled streets and the harbour where you will find pubs, shops and restaurants. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, the South West Coast Path is famous for its spectacular walking environment and a wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is close by as are the villages of Hartland (offering some of the most spectacular coastal views in the British Isles) and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden and relax in the hot tub whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside. The property is a two-storey barn conversion furnished and equipped to a high standard, with far-reaching coastal and countryside views.

Enter into the character-filled lounge with exposed stonework and wood burner (logs included) Follow on into the modern kitchen/dining room with space to enjoy sociable family meals. On the ground floor, you will find the first 2 bedrooms and a shower room with WC and upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a 4 poster bed and the second double which can be a twin on request. Family bathroom with handheld shower in the bath and WC.

Outside the property you will find a decked area and patio/garden area with a hot tub, seating and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining with all the family after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon coastline. Shared dog exercising paddock. Walk immediately from the property to soak up the beauty of the Devon countryside.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The historic maritime town of Bideford lies on the River Torridge on the North Devon Coast and makes for an excellent base to explore this area of Devon. With a great selection of shops, cafés, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants you won't need to leave the town for anything but there is so much to see and do in the area you will surely want to. Just a couple of miles away is Westward Ho!, with 2 miles of spectacular coastline and a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Just sit and enjoy the views or perhaps make a sandcastle or partake in one of the many water-based activities on offer including surfing. The walking is especially good around here with both the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail within easy reach. North Burrows Country Park provides 253 hectares of diverse landscapes to enjoy while the award-winning Big Sheep all-weather family attraction and the Ultimate Adventure Centre are just 1 mile away.
