Orchard Retreat is a smart, designer, single-storey lodge set privately in the grounds of the owner’s home. Inside is exceptionally comfortable, stylish and modern. The large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has full height, floor to ceiling windows, which fill the room with light and give lovely views across the well-planted garden. There is also a traditional wood-burning stove to create a cosy year-round retreat. Two smart bedrooms offer flexibility, the double room has glazed sliding doors to the decked seating area and the bunk room is ideal for families, with the bottom bunk being a small double and the top bunk a single bed. Outside, a wooden deck runs the length of the lodge and overlooks a spacious, private garden with table and chairs - ideal for bird watching or simply relaxing. Here, you are within easy reach of the stunning Jurassic Coast in Dorset, the beaches of East Devon, and the historic cathedral city of Exeter, making it the perfect base for exploring both beautiful counties.
Ground Floor: Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/ Dining Area. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Bedroom 1 with zip and link twin beds, which can be made up as a 6ft double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4' double on bottom). Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
