There are two lovely bedrooms, the master benefitting from an en suite and doors leading onto the balcony, just perfect for that morning coffee before the day begins. The second bedroom enjoys a Juliette balcony, so nice and safe for the little ones. The open plan living area is modern and comfortable and where you can slide open the balcony doors and enjoy the sea air while you dine together. Ilfracombe is full of Victorian charm and bustles with life ensuring that there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. An abundance of cafes and pub/restaurants means that the cooking can be left at home! The beautiful harbour area is ideal for sitting by over lunch and you can hop on a boat to the wildlife haven of Lundy Island or seal spotting on a cruise along the North Devon coastline. For the young and young at heart, there is plenty of nightly entertainment. Full of history, this is a wonderful town to explore and a visit to the Tunnels Beach should not be missed. There is a small sandy beach nearby or a short drive will take you to Woolacombe, Croyde or Saunton, each offering beautiful stretches of golden sands, safe waters and surfing waves. The historic market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford are within easy reach and offer some good shopping and nightlife. Ilfracombe is also close to Exmoor National Park which boasts miles of rolling landscape and hidden villages, perfect for walking or cycling lovers. With so much to see and explore in this beautiful part of Devon, this apartment will have you returning again and again!

Ilfracombe is a picturesque harbour town on the North Devon coast with a reputation as being the culinary and cultural hub of the area. With the 20m high Damien Hirst sculpture Verity overlooking the water (Ilfracombe is Hirst's home town) and a collection of local galleries featuring both local and international artists. There are plenty of great restaurants to try in Fore Street and around the Harbour serving locally sourced food and catering for all tastes and budgets. Booking ahead is recommended especially for restaurants such as The Olive Room.
Lots to do and see in the area including the Tunnels Beaches, Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle with a great mix of children's activities that appeal to all ages or take a tour of haunted Chambercombe Manor. Visit the award-winning Aquarium to take in a fascinating insight into the marine life of the area or discover the history of the area at Ilfracombe Museum. The scenery is stunning and can be enjoyed along the South West Coast Path with views across the Bristol Channel.
