The cottage has three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bunk. The ground floor hosts a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, whilst the first-floor bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. A kitchen, utility, living/dining room with woodburning stove and study complete the property. Heating is powered by gas and amenities include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment is provided with a Sky TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. For little ones, a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Guests can park in a nearby car park. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and a barbecue. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed. The nearest shop and pub is just 0.1 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.4 miles away. Note: There is no parking at the cottage, however, guests can park to unload bags, before parking elsewhere. A quieter alternative, the village offers all the attractions without the crowds, such as Babbacombe Theatre, the superb Model Village and the picturesque promenade overlooking the sea. Embark on an adventurous day of walking along the picturesque South West Coast Path, spanning over 630 miles of imposing landscapes, seafronts and over to attractions such as Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, Splashdown Quaywest waterpark, and Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, as well as the stunning Dartmoor National Park further afield with the Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company.

Hop in the car for a short drive to Wellswood with many hidden gems and boutiques, including family-friendly tours through the Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, with a handy on-site restaurant to fuel up before heading further afield. Pack your buckets and spades for the lively town of Torquay with sandy beaches and a harbour bustling with activities; take the little ones to Torquay's Dinosaur World, catch the views from English Riviera Wheel or wander the medieval Torre Abbey with a fabulous palm house.

Journey south along the coast to Paignton for a day along Preston Sands beach, explore the picture-perfect Fairy Cove and take a sunny stroll through Victoria Park.
