Step inside this fabulous apartment to a soothing and beautifully styled, contemporary interior, open plan with large windows and patio doors that lead out onto the seaward facing balcony. Soak up the coastal views from the dining table or relax in the designer leather recliners perfectly placed to allow you to watch the boats as they travel to and from the harbour. A large corner sofa allows you to lounge in total comfort whilst you take in a movie, however the most magical position is the balcony where evening sundowners can be enjoyed as you experience the most mesmerising sunsets over the sea. The apartment offers two superbly comfortable bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the other a twin that can be zipped together for a super-king bed on request. There is a family bathroom, separate utility room and a separate locked store to store a bike or surfboards. Walk out of the gated parking area and the town shops, restaurants are on the doorstep. Visit the famous Tunnels Beaches a short walk, the hand-carved tunnels created in the Victorian times, that lead through to a seawater pool and two beautiful beaches. The pretty harbour is also within a short walk where you will find the famous Damien Hirst statue "Verity" that guards over the harbour entrance. Enjoy a walk to the top of Capstone Hill, the viewpoint from the top is well worth the effort! Should you wish to venture out of the town, the magnificent beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive, both popular with families and surfing. Take a trip to Lynton and Lynmouth and enjoy a trip on the cliff railway, or don your walking boots and explore the open moorland of Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe

Ilfracombe is a picturesque harbour town on the North Devon coast with a reputation as being the culinary and cultural hub of the area. With the 20m high Damien Hirst sculpture Verity overlooking the water (Ilfracombe is Hirst's home town) and a collection of local galleries featuring both local and international artists. There are plenty of great restaurants to try in Fore Street and around the Harbour serving locally sourced food and catering for all tastes and budgets. Booking ahead is recommended especially for restaurants such as The Olive Room.

Lots to do and see in the area including the Tunnels Beaches, Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle with a great mix of children's activities that appeal to all ages or take a tour of haunted Chambercombe Manor. Visit the award-winning Aquarium to take in a fascinating insight into the marine life of the area or discover the history of the area at Ilfracombe Museum. The scenery is stunning and can be enjoyed along the South West Coast Path with views across the Bristol Channel.
