The property sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms (one en suite double, three further doubles and a twin), and has two family bathrooms. There is also a wonderful kitchen, sitting room and dining room, all with character features. Outside is a sun terrace, lawn and ample parking. Lower Easter Farmhouse is a fabulous renovated rural property with character and charm. Located in the pretty green hamlet of Easton, just a short drive from Salcombe and within easy reach of Kingsbridge, this farmhouse is dog friendly and sleeps ten comfortably. Spread over three floors, this property is well equipped and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout.

On the ground floor is a stunning hand-crafted modern kitchen with a range of appliances including a four-oven AGA and a Liebherr fridge, an adjacent utility room and cloakroom which offer laundry facilities and storage space. Seamless glass doors open out onto the spacious sun terrace and generous garden where guests can enjoy drinks and a game of table tennis in the summer months. The bright and spacious dining room is perfect for entertaining with a grand oak table that seats ten and an open fireplace. The living space boasts original oak beams, an Inglenook fireplace and a Smart television with a Sky+ HD package for cosy nights in. The room leads into a small snug which has a sofa and television.

The large en-suite master bedroom has a super-King size bed, plenty of storage and lovely country views over the surrounding green fields. The second bedroom has a super-King size bed and a feature fireplace whilst the third and fourth bedrooms have King-size beds. The fifth bedroom has been built into the roof space and is a twin, ideally suited to children. In addition, there is a family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the second.

The spacious three-storey dog-friendly accommodation is comfortably furnished and well equipped – perfect for a family holiday in beautiful, rural surroundings.
