Located near the owner's home and adjacent to a working sheep farm, this charming, single-storey home is ideal for family and friends alike. Park up outside with three spaces to choose from, where you soak in the rural location before entering your holiday home.

Step inside to discover the stylish kitchen which hosts an electric oven and hob, a microwave, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher to do the cleaning up for you. Moving through the home, find the sitting room, with a toasty wood-burning stove nestled into a feature fireplace, an exposed stone wall, and a Smart TV to enjoy a movie marathon. When stomachs begin to rumble, head to the dining room, where you can settle down together to enjoy a feast and afterwards why not stay here for a board game? On sunny evenings, gather outside in the enclosed garden to enjoy dining alfresco and melt your stresses away in the hot tub to watch the sky grow dark.

This collection situated in the rolling countryside adjacent to a working sheep farm, offers one single-storey and one two-storey, both with enclosed gardens, hot tubs and woodburning stoves, ideal for a small family or group gatherings, as well as romantic getaways for two, while the surroundings enjoy stunning countryside to wander across unspoilt landscapes. If you don't fancy cooking, dine at one of the nearby Inns, The Thatched Inn at Abbotsham which accept dogs and serves traditional pub meals, or take a short journey into Bideford for a wider selection of eateries to choose from. Venture along the North Devon coastline, offering something for every guest from surfing to sunbathing, while walkers should take to the renowned South West Coast Path. The pretty fishing villages of Instow and Appledore are close by, or perhaps make your way to popular attractions such as the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park, Hartland Abbey, Clovelly and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

Bideford

The historic maritime town of Bideford lies on the River Torridge on the North Devon Coast and makes for an excellent base to explore this area of Devon. With a great selection of shops, cafés, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants you won't need to leave the town for anything but there is so much to see and do in the area you will surely want to. Just a couple of miles away is Westward Ho!, with 2 miles of spectacular coastline and a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Just sit and enjoy the views or perhaps make a sandcastle or partake in one of the many water-based activities on offer including surfing. The walking is especially good around here with both the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail within easy reach. North Burrows Country Park provides 253 hectares of diverse landscapes to enjoy while the award-winning Big Sheep all-weather family attraction and the Ultimate Adventure Centre are just 1 mile away.
