A well-presented refurbished Victorian terraced house located just over a 10-minute walk to the town’s thriving centre and River Dart Embankment and offering something for everyone all year round. During summer months visitors have the chance to enjoy a buzzing café and restaurant culture whilst soaking up waterside vibes and views across the river, out to sea and towards the historic town castle. In cooler months, entertain and relax in the property’s dual-aspect sitting and dining area with its wooden flooring and comfortable furnishings. Bright and contemporary throughout, the property is presented with many nice touches, as well as boasting an enclosed tiled rear courtyard, offering the opportunity for alfresco dining and a glass or two of something should you decide to spend the evening in. All bedrooms are well furnished to enjoy a good night sleep and there is the benefit of private off-street parking for one car, allowing guests to rest even easier.
The picturesque town of Dartmouth has much to offer the visitor, with a quayside that enables you to enjoy the spectacle and atmosphere of a busy boating Mecca and its proud naval traditions. Medieval buildings cluster around the embankment and surrounding streets of the old town and provide a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, inns, boutique and curiosity shops. The South West coast path can be accessed directly from town and beaches of the beautiful South Hams are a short drive away, along with the English Riviera and Dartmoor National Park.

Visit Dartmouth Castle, superbly located in the mouth of the estuary with wonderful views from the top tower and has been guarding the area since 1388. Explore Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. Nearby Woodlands theme park boasts the largest watercoasters in Devon, a farm with all the family favourites including meerkats, all set within beautiful grounds of 100 acres. Take a trip on one of the many ferries and head out for a day to explore nearby Salcombe, Torquay or Totnes or stay on land and explore the English Riviera on the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
