For golf lovers, there is an abundance of courses to choose from, one just a mile and then four others within driving distance. The town of Barnstaple is just over 10 miles north of the property, perfect for those who love exploring new towns, whilst, for those who enjoy more active pursuits, Exmoor is within driving distance, and offers scenic walks, stunning views, and a wide range of wildlife. For a day at the beach, there are several to choose from including the sandy beach at Westward Ho!, where there is even a surf school for those who want to take on a challenge.
On entering this property, stairs take guests to the lounge which is on the first floor. The spacious lounge is a relaxing and welcoming room, with patio doors giving access to the large balcony with wonderful countryside views. There is plenty of space to unwind here, on the comfortable sofas which are arranged to both enjoy the refreshing breeze from the balcony and also to allow guests to enjoy the TV. The stylish kitchen/diner, located on the ground floor, offers a dining table which is situated in front of the French doors and is equipped with everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including two electric ovens and a gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two king-size bedrooms with TV’s on the ground floor and one has its own en-suite shower and WC. The bathroom completes the accommodation with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside, from the lounge there is a spacious first-floor balcony with a glass-front, and table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a drink and enjoying the stunning sunsets. There is parking for two cars directly outside the property. Please note this property has a private water supply.

South Molton is a market town known as the Gateway to Exmoor and is perfectly located for not only exploring the National Park but the North Devon coastline as well with Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe all under 25 miles away. Every Thursday and Sunday the Country Market hosts 70 local businesses selling locally produced foods, plants and flowers, antiques as well as goods by local talented artists all under one roof. The town has a good choice of where to eat out and a free museum detailing the local history. The newly opened Quince Honey Farm is already a must-visit with a typical comment being I never knew bees could be so interesting! The nearby Castle Hill Estate has stunning views with an equally stunning 50 acres of garden, a great cafe and is also dog-friendly so everyone can enjoy the walks.
