Enter the property from the street and be welcomed onto the first floor, where a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room awaits. The Royal Avenue Gardens are the perfect place for a picnic, with a beautiful ornate stone fountain from 1897, which commemorates Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, and an abundance of flower beds and shrubs. The gorgeous shingle beach of Blackpool Sands is a just a short drive from Dartmouth and is one of the country's favourite beaches.
