This historic granite barn was built in the 1700s and has retained much of its Dartmoor threshing barn character, whilst adding contemporary touches for couples, friends, and families alike to enjoy; a plethora of things to see and do await in a stunning part of Devon.The property also benefits from a private supply of Dartmoor spring water (purified and regularly tested).

Set in the northern part of Dartmoor National Park, Chagford is a picturesque town that is surprisingly well provisioned, boasting four pubs and a wide range of shops. The River Teign runs through the town and you can go on a riverside walk to find the Fingle Bridge, a local beauty spot. With the largest open-air swimming pool in the south-west and public tennis courts, you can also enjoy your leisure time. Chagford holds music, literary and film festivals annually as well as regular exhibitions of paintings and poetry.
