This lovely cottage is ideal for a couple, small groups, families with children and two dogs are also welcome. There is an open plan tiled kitchen, dining area and sitting area with exposed beams, and wood burner, ideal for relaxing after a day in the countryside. The master bedroom with hand made oak bedroom furniture and modern family bathroom are on the first floor, with views of the surrounding countryside. Outside there is a small open lawn and patio area with unique garden furniture, where guests can sit with uninterrupted views along the lane and out to the adjoining fields whilst enjoying a drink of an evening. Why not enjoy a BBQ using the charcoal BBQ provided. This cottage is in a peaceful part of Devon ideal for country walks, cycling, fishing, sailing, and windsurfing on nearby Roadford Reservoir, as well as the many National Trust properties nearby.
