The very best location for exploring the area. Local pubs, take aways and shops right on the door step and the whole area is so dog friendly. Well equipped cottage and great WiFi.

Perfectly placed cottage within Kingsbridge with a lot of choice for places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Well presented cottage, clean and tidy and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple and dog. A lovely welcome of fresh flowers, milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The kitchen was very well equipped for holiday use and immaculate. A slightly strange set up for the small bathroom but adequate for a holiday. We have already recommended it to other family members as we found the property to be well appointed and good value for money and would hope to book again next year.
