Description
Crinnis is a newly refurbished detached bungalow nestled in an elevated position in the heart of the super village of Chillington, a short distance from Slapton Sands. This 3 bedroom property has a lovely garden with a terrace which wraps around, and decking to look over the rooftops to the countryside beyond. Theres’ a log burner for the cooler months after enjoying beautiful walks either on the doorstep, or perhaps with the convenient location to explore the South West Coast Path, and a little further afield lies Dartmoor. Crinnis is comfortable, cosy, and just a minute from the shop and less than five minutes to the popular local pub, a really great base to enjoy this beautiful area of South Devon.

Front door leads into the hallway with cupboard for shoes and coats.
Door to your right leads into the open plan living area.
Lounge with two-seater sofas and large pouffe, log burner, patio doors to decking, Smart TV.
Kitchen area with table and seats for 6, split electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, under counter fridge, microwave.
Door to Utility room. Under counter freezer, washing machine, sink, coat hooks, door to front and rear gardens.
Master Bedroom with 4'6' double bed, patio doors to rear garden and terrace.
Bedroom 2 with twin 3’ beds.
Bedroom 3 with 3’ single bed.
Bathroom with bath with rainfall shower over, WC and basin.
Outside:
From the lounge area: enclosed deck area with views over the village to the surrounding countryside. Garden wraps around, sides mainly gravel, front slight terraced area, rear is mainly lawn with patio terrace.
Parking:
Space for 2 cars, access needs to be maintained to the left hand garage.

Chillington is a small, pretty village near the bustling market town of Kingsbridge. The village has a shop and a pub offering home-cooked food and local ales. There are a variety of walks to explore here and The South West Coast Path is accessible from here.. Slapton Ley Nature Reserve is a short walk away, visit the sandy beaches at the nearby villages of Slapton Sands and Torcross. Walk along the part sand, part pebble beach at Bessands which allows dogs all year round. Chillington is the perfect base offering peace and tranquillity whilst allowing you to explore all that South Devon has to offer.
