Outside, there is a garden with a patio, gravelled area and a bench, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The town centre of Brixham has a selection of pubs and restaurants for sampling some fine local cuisines for those evenings you don't fancy cooking. A short drive away is the Churston Golf Course where keen sports enthusiasts can enjoy a friendly game, with courses to suit those of all skill levels. Explore the beautiful South Devon AONB and even join the South West Coast Path for picturesque views and sightseeing opportunities. If it's a spot of history you're looking for, the National Trust property of Coleton Fishacre House rests within 24-acres of landscaped gardens.
Further afield are the charming towns of Paignton and Torquay which offer a wide range of tourist attractions, with animal lovers delighting in exploring the Paignton Zoo Environmental Park which has over 2000 animals to see.
The Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves are perfect for history lovers and even has kid's activities. Other attractions include Living Coasts zoo and sea life aquarium, Babbacombe Model Village and the Torre Abbey Museum.

Brixham is a beautiful harbourside town on the South Devon coast on the English Riviera. Brixham has a rich maritime history and a full-size replica of the Golden Hind can be found in the Inner Harbour. A short walk further on takes you to the Brixham Battery Heritage Centre with magnificent panoramic views across the bay or find out more at the Brixham Heritage Museum.
There are regular ferry trips to Paignton and Torquay or you can book a wildlife sea-fari or a fishing trip. The area is great for learning to sail which can be done at the Torbay Sea School or crew the 78-foot heritage sailing ketch for a morning, afternoon or evening sailing trip. There are a number of festivals throughout the year including the popular Pirate Festival which attracts thousands of visitors. For relaxation, it is hard to beat Breakwater Beach, an award-winning Blue Flag beach close to the mouth of the harbour.
