This cottage is set in a quiet, secluded area outside the village of Luton, that boasts fantastic scenery and the family-friendly village pub the Elizabethan Inn which won Taste of the West gold award 2016 and has its own Gelato ice cream maker. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Teignmouth and Shaldon, and Dawlish Warren with its sand dunes and Nature & Wildlife Reserve. The Dartmoor National Park, Newton Abbot, Torbay and Exeter are all within 15 miles and offer different types of visits and attractions.
