Two bright bedrooms await you, with one having the benefit of zip and link beds and the other a sumptuous 4-poster. The combined kitchen, dining and sitting area has a fabulous welcoming atmosphere with its vaulted ceilings, timber floors and full-length picture windows at one end allowing you to enjoy the countryside views. Keep an eye out for deer, pheasant and not forgetting Duncan the Goat whose favourite pastime is sitting on the hay bales. Step outside and enjoy acres of space, perfect for al fresco dining, a family picnic or try your hand at French Cricket (set provided).The enclosed garden offers plenty of space for children to play while you relax with your favourite drink at the picnic bench. The historic village of Bradworthy caters for all your amenities and has the all important, village pub/restaurant serving great local food and ale. Close to the Tamar Lakes and within 30 minute drive to some of the best surfing and family beaches on the North Devon and Cornwall coast, a trip to Bude and Sandymouth Bay offers miles of golden sands, perfect for competing with the children over sandcastle building, playing some ball games or simply relaxing in the sun. For the energetic, there are plenty of water sports to choose from and walkers will love the cliff top walks and the outstanding scenery. A wonderful holiday for lovers of the great outdoors.

Dating back to 700AD, the village of Bradworthy has a rich history with a large village square surrounded by cottages. The village has a number of stores, post office, garage and the ill important pub, The Bradworthy Inn, dating to the 16th century with a beer garden and a coffee shop as well as a restaurant serving local produce and real ales. Perfectly located to explore North Devon, the Tamar Lakes are just 3 miles away where you can try out some water sports or a spot of relaxing fishing. The coast is a short drive away with Bude being a popular choice with a large expanse of sand, the famous Bude sea pool, rockpooling and renowned for the surf. Close by you can visit the Gnome Reserve and Wildflower Garden, try archery at the Dragon Archery Centre or visit Lizzy's Larder for a bite to eat, a farm shop and some friendly animals.
