Nestled on the Exmoor coast, this welcoming retreat is ideal for friends and small families alike, looking for a relaxing break and coastal rural outings. The living space is all on the ground floor, with a lovely french doorway framing the breath-taking sea views. The open-plan sitting area has modern furniture and boasts a stunning feature stone wall. The dining area is perfect for everyone to gather and socialise over a home-cooked evening meal. You will find a smart, well-equipped kitchen, with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A small double bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes the ground floor. The first floor is home to a master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. The private, patio terrace area has furniture so you can enjoy a relaxing evening overlooking the sea with a refreshing glass of wine. Off-road parking is available onsite. While you're in the area, take a trip towards the coast, which offers an abundance of watersports, and the lovely Blacklands Beach, ideal for family day trips. Also nearby is the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail, both running through the town and are excellent for keen walkers and cyclists. With so much to explore, don't forget to venture into the neighbouring towns and villages for a wealth of attractions to see. With just a two minute walk to the Funicular railway between Lynton and Lynmouth and also very close to 2 small supermarkets, as well as pubs, cafes and restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice. After a day spent in the open Devonshire country air, head back to Baronet's Quarters for a superb countryside escape.

We have a diverse range of cottages available and if views are important to you then look no further.

Sometimes known as Little Switzerland, the town has a selection of shops, tea rooms, pubs and cafés. The Lyn and Exmoor Museum is full of local history and the steep Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is a must-visit. The Valley of the Rocks is just one mile from Lynton and is unlike any other valley you will see on the north coast, created during the ice age and marvelled at by visitors ever since. There are numerous walks in the area, as you would expect, with every turn revealing more stunning countryside, coastal views, waterfalls or wildlife including red deer and wild ponies.
