This cottage has three bedrooms including a king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a double and twin, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom/utility, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Appliances include an electric range with oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a coffee machine and for entertainment, there are two Smart TVs with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi and a Sony music system. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue hut, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for a wood-burning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. There is also a cot and stairgate available. Please note that there are steps up from the parking spaces and an unfenced stream in the garden so children must be supervised. You can find a shop within 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.2.
