Within reaching distance of the vast South West Coast Path, just a pleasant drive away from the stunning landscapes of the Dartmoor National Park, this attractive first-floor apartment is a wonderful base offering the very best of both the coast and countryside.

Turn on the eye-catching electric woodburning stove that sits proudly within the welcoming sitting room and allow yourself to sink into the plush corner sofa, relaxing with friends as you recover from an action-packed day spent exploring the local area. Wander across to the bright white kitchen and discover a sea of essential appliances such as an impressive electric oven and hob, a handy dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Learn of the rich and exciting local history at the Tudor-style Dartmouth Museum and the 15th century fortress of Bayard's Cove Fort. Take in the incredible views of the Dart Estuary from the imposing Dartmouth Castle, before descending to Sugary Cove Beach. Continue along the South West Coast Path to Brownstone Battery and Berry Head National Nature Reserve, before taking a detour to the town of Brixham and indulging in a hearty lunch in one of the many charming cafés.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Dartmouth provides stunning countryside surroundings with the coast within very close proximity making this area one of the most popular for visitors to Devon. The beautiful estuary and the coast are home to many watersports such as sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding or why not try surfing at one of the nearby surf schools. Relax on the sandy Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands Beach, one of the most popular family beaches in the area or if feeling more energetic use the beach as a base for a walk as the beach is directly on the South West Coast Path.

Visit Dartmouth Castle, superbly located in the mouth of the estuary with wonderful views from the top tower and has been guarding the area since 1388. Explore Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. Nearby Woodlands theme park boasts the largest watercoasters in Devon, a farm with all the family favourites including meerkats, all set within beautiful grounds of 100 acres.
