A charming end-terrace cottage in the delightful seaside town of Ilfracombe in Devon. The fantastic location and sleeping arrangements make the Corner Cottage perfect for families to enjoy a stunning seaside break. This cottage is well-furnished with stylish wooden floors running through, the sitting room has an impressive wooden dresser and comfortable leather sofas sat in front of the TV to make the perfect spot to enjoy some quality family chill time after a busy day by the sea. The ground floor is complete with a lovely pinewood kitchen set with all of the equipment that you could need. The first floor comes with two cosy, warming bedrooms with plenty of wooden furnishings for storage and a family bathroom. Corner Cottage comes with a second floor, boasting another two welcoming bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Ilfracombe is a delightful seaside town on the North Devon coast, a place largely owned by the National Trust. The town offers shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the beautiful beach. Exmoor National Park is just a short drive away and is a must-visit whilst at this part of the country. Barnstaple is another popular place around here which offers so much. Ilfracombe is a picturesque harbour town on the North Devon coast with a reputation as being the culinary and cultural hub of the area. With the 20m high Damien Hirst sculpture Verity overlooking the water (Ilfracombe is Hirst's home town) and a collection of local galleries featuring both local and international artists. There are plenty of great restaurants to try in Fore Street and around the Harbour serving locally sourced food and catering for all tastes and budgets. Booking ahead is recommended especially for restaurants such as The Olive Room.
Lots to do and see in the area including the Tunnels Beaches, Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle with a great mix of children's activities that appeal to all ages or take a tour of haunted Chambercombe Manor. Visit the award-winning Aquarium to take in a fascinating insight into the marine life of the area or discover the history of the area at Ilfracombe Museum. The scenery is stunning and can be enjoyed along the South West Coast Path with views across the Bristol Channel.
