Steps lead down from the path to apartment entrance: Ground floor: Kitchen with built-under electric oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Living room with lounge area and french doors opening to the sunny patio with views towards the harbour, Sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft bed (ziplink - can be made up as two 2ft6in singles - Please specify at time of booking), built in wardrobe, harbour view. Bedroom 2 with 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobe and cupboards. First floor cloakroom with WC and basin.

Outside:

Patio area immediately in front of property provided with picnic bench and garden furniture. Communal lawns to the front of the properties. Rear courtyard with washing machine and drying area perfect for wet suits and sandy dogs to dry off.

Parking:

Designated parking for one car. Additional visitor parking available.

Hope Cove

Lying on the coast of the popular South Hams area of Devon, Hope Cove consists of two sandy bays called Inner and Outer Hope. The perfect destination for families looking for a traditional beach holiday with paddling, swimming, sand castles and rock pooling. The beaches have red sandstone cliffs to the rear which provide not only a beautiful backdrop but a shady area if needed. Both beaches back onto the charming village where there are plenty of places to eat out as well as shops for those last-minute beach needs. The more popular Mouthwell Sands beach also benefits from a seasonal lifeguard service and dogs are allowed between October and April. The village beach is pet-friendly all year round but must be kept on a lead.

Hugely popular, especially with families, we have a great selection of Hope Cove cottages but we would advise booking early as this area fills up fast.
