There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a private balcony. Outside are communal gardens and a shared outdoor swimming pool, as well as a designated parking space in the car park for one car and mooring. 37 The Salcombe is a beautiful holiday home to base your escape to the coast.

With magnificent views of the main anchorage, this charming property is the perfect base for a South Devon coastal break. A third floor apartment sleeping up to six guests, this property is the ultimate family escape. From the hallway step into the living/dining room, with French doors opening out onto the beautiful balcony, it's fantastic for spending time with loved ones in a stunning setting while dining alfresco. Moving past the snug sitting area where you can relax into your evenings on the plush white seating arrangement is the dining area with the well-equipped kitchen adjacent, hosting all the essentials for home cooking when you're not indulging in the fresh local seafood, this kitchen makes cooking a delight. As nights draw to a close you and your loved ones can rest sleepy heads and tired legs in the two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, with the family bedroom (separate from the main apartment across the coridoor) also boasting an en-suite shower room as well as a king-size bed and bunk bed, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of group needs.
