Riverside is set back from the quayside at the head of the Kingsbridge Estuary in South Devon and a few minutes level stroll along this beautiful stretch of water brings you to the centre of the town.

This spacious first-floor apartment is currently being fully refurbished, including the installation of gas fired central heating and a new cloakroom, kitchen and shower room. It offers very comfortable, tasteful and contemporary accommodation. You can relax and appreciate the spectacular views from the apartment's balcony, enjoying the plentiful wildlife and passing river craft as they meander up and down to Salcombe and beyond.

Kingsbridge is at the centre of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a vibrant market town that is still dominated by independent specialist and boutique shops, bistros and restaurants and many interesting medieval buildings.

The famous South Devon beaches and coastal walks are a short drive away and Kingsbridge is ideally located near the centre of the beautiful South Hams, allowing easy access to its many attractions. The River Maid passenger ferry can take you down the estuary in the season to the bustling seaside town of Salcombe.

Riverside is set back from the road and water's edge and separated by the court's attractive communal gardens. A private drive leads to the apartment's entrance lobby and the parking area. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.


One unallocated parking space is available for each flat at the rear of the property. A garage suitable for a small/medium-sized car is also available on request.

Set within the popular South Hams district of South Devon, Kingsbridge is a market town sitting on the Salcombe estuary surrounded by beautiful countryside. Located in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is one of the most popular areas for visitors as it offers so much. The estuary provides plenty of options to get on the water whether fancy sailing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding. If you are just looking for a day on the beach then Salcombe, East Portlemouth, Blackpool Sands or the two beaches at Thurlestone will all fit the bill. Walkers have a choice of walking a section of the South West Coast Path or heading inland and enjoying the many trails in the AONB. Plenty of options when wanting to eat out and some excellent towns and villages to explore nearby including Salcombe, Beesands, Dartmouth and Bigbury-on-Sea.
