The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms. One double, one twin and one single. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, double walk-in rainfall shower, basin and WC. There is a small hallway, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. There is a kitchen with a door leading to the patio area. Outside there there is an enclosed south-facing lawned garden and there is off road parking for one car. 2 Huxtables is a lovely barn and is perfect for a family wishing to explore Devon with both Exmoor and the coast within reach.
This superb semi-detached barn conversion is situated just off the village square of North Molton, on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Ideal for a couple, small family or friends, this lovely holiday home is full of character and charm with exposed beams and exposed stone walls throughout. You enter into a small hallway where you can hang coats and leave boots after a day’s walking and also in this space are the washing machine and tumble dryer. Next is the sitting room with dining area which is sure to delight with homely touches, an oak floor and those beams and stone walls. In one corner is a warming woodburning stove and Smart TV is wall-mounted and so why not relax whilst watching one of your favourite movies while the logs in the stove crackle away. The kitchen is very well-equipped and comes with such features as a Belfast sink, dishwasher and wine cooler, along with a door that leads out onto the patio area. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with exposed beams and the master double also boasts exposed walls. As with the bedrooms, the bathroom exudes quality with a deep bath, perfect for a soak after a day out and about, and the bathroom also has a double rainfall shower. Aside from the patio, outside are an enclosed south-facing lawned garden and the convenience of off-road parking. North Molton is a village which provides access to both Exmoor and the coast. The village has a pub, shop and Post Office, with the larger South Molton offering further amenities. There’s plenty to see and do in the area, including National Trust properties, coastal paths and seaside resorts. A delightful cottage, perfect at any time of year.

North Molton is a village in North Devon about a mile from Exmoor National Park and a great base to explore North Devon's rugged coastline. The village has a shop, post office and the Poltimore Inn while South Molton offers a larger range of shops and a twice-weekly market featuring locally made and grown goods. This is an excellent location for those wanting to explore the great outdoors with forests, moors, rivers and beaches all waiting to be discovered. The area is great for walkers and for spotting wildlife and the National Trust has Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the funicular cliff railway to visit nearby.
