From this fantastic location, enjoy Salcombe’s picturesque waterfront, sandy beaches, popular restaurants and boutique shops. Steps from the ground floor parking area lead into a spacious hallway, from which all bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed. Four bedrooms in total: master bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite with power shower and hand-basin. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and an en suite with a bath and hand basin. Bedroom three has two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. In addition, on this floor is a separate cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin and a shower room with power shower and another w.c. On the second floor is a wonderfully light and sunny open plan living/kitchen and dining room, that benefits from Bi-fold doors and a small balcony. Kitchen amenities include a range of fitted units, granite worktops, hob and oven, microwave, fridges, wine cooler and a dishwasher.
