Offering the ultimate in luxury self-catering accommodation each property is individually owned and styled. Enjoy a leisurely flat walk along the embankment to Dartmouth’s boutique shops and award-winning restaurants, before returning to your outstanding holiday home. The property is stylishly elegant with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a sumptuous living/dining area. Perfect for one or two couples there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a super king-size bed, and beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath, and spacious separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds (that can be zip and linked to create a super king-size bed if requested). There is also a family bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and shower (over). Situated on the banks of the picturesque River Dart, Dartmouth is a beautiful harbour town in South Devon, a perfect destination for all year round short breaks and holidays. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Dartmouth provides stunning countryside surroundings with the coast within very close proximity making this area one of the most popular for visitors to Devon. The beautiful estuary and the coast are home to many watersports such as sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding or why not try surfing at one of the nearby surf schools. Relax on the sandy Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands Beach, one of the most popular family beaches in the area or if feeling more energetic use the beach as a base for a walk as the beach is directly on the South West Coast Path.

Visit Dartmouth Castle, superbly located in the mouth of the estuary with wonderful views from the top tower and has been guarding the area since 1388. Explore Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. Nearby Woodlands theme park boasts the largest watercoasters in Devon, a farm with all the family favourites including meerkats, all set within beautiful grounds of 100 acres.
